As a Sous Chef, you'll help our Head Chef lead a kitchen team with kitchen controls & administration, implementing the menu, managing food costs, implement and manage systems, and run the kitchen in terms of staff management, training, line of supply and food safety.
You'll have at least 1-2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP. You will have great communication skills and an ability to work proactively and autonomously! You'll have ideally gained your experience in a fast paced, high volume environment. A solid tapas or a la carte background is preferred.
Our food is Mexico street food inspired and is full of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. We are obsessed with delivering exceptional food every time to our customers.
