A premium dining destination in Hamilton is seeking an amazing Sous Chef to join the team.
Our client is located in Hamilton and is currently seeking an experienced and professional Sous Chef to join the team behind some of the best food including award winning dishes at the stunning Estate. If you are able to relocate to Hamilton or commute this could be the opportunity for you.

The on site restaurant and multiple venues host a variety of events from corporate company functions, private events, weddings, tours and a host of national and international dignitaries. About you:

Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Professional industry experience

Refined cooking skills

Strong leadership skills
Understanding of eastern and western culture cuisine
The Role:

Assist Head Chef when necessary
Lead the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Creative menu development
High quality food and produce driven
Follow systems and procedures
An understanding of eastern and western cultures and cuisines
Maintain strong communication with staff and management
