About the Role
Bring your love of food and be part of the team delivering amazing experiences every day to people either dining in our picturesque vineyard cafe, attending a social function, corporate event or summer concert. Here at Villa Maria, our onsite team cater for every occasion!
This is a fantastic opportunity to really broaden your experience as you'll be involved with 'a la carte', out-catering, functions and banquet style food preparation and delivery. You'll get to work with a talented team who have a great reputation and profile (we hold a 4.5 star rating via Trip Advisor). Here at Villa, we design our menus using seasonal and sustainable ingredients show casing creative local cuisine.
About you
We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
· At least 2 years' experience in the kitchen
· A strong focus on quality
· Great levels of energy, enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude
· Immaculate in their personal presentation, and maintains a clean, safe, tidy and hygienic work environment
· Experience in stocktaking and ordering
· Loves being part of a vibrant team environment
