Sous Chef - $70K + Super | Eastern Subs | Premium Gastro Pub

The Role
Assisting the head chef to run the kitchen on a day to day basis, that is your priority. You will partner with the head chef to continue this great culture and consistency of food.
With a team up to 8 chefs on a busy service, your main focus will be keeping it organised.

You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous/Sr. Sous Level within a busy Gastro pub/casual dining atmosphere.
Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing young chefs
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
Overall knowledge of all operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets
The want to grow and develop your career
