You will be responsible for providing solution architecture deliverables and guidance, developing solutions for key business initiatives in areas such as: Payments Processing Integration Digital solutions for internal and external customers Credit and Debit card systems Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and applications, ensuring they meet business needs and align with Kiwibank's strategic goals.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet standards.
Ensure Kiwibank's IT architecture is robust, scalable, secure, and compliant with industry best practices.

Where your expertise matters.
Key skills and experience include: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinking and innovative solution development.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems, especially payments and card systems.
Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and Roadmap planning.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
