Solution Analyst Junior Functional Consultant Auckland or Wellington based Deliver best in class applications to drive Foodstuffs FSNI business forward Contribute to a high performing culture and build capability within FSNI Use modern techniques and tools Location of the role This role can be based in both Auckland or Wellington offices About the role This role is key to ensuring FSNIs Foodstuffs North Island continued growth and success in the New Zealand grocery market As a Solution Analyst you will be responsible for a portfolio of Retail business applications You will be part of a customer focused high performing Core Systems IT team having ownership of the complete life cycle of key applications Naturally you will also be expected to empower and contribute to a high performing culture and build capability within FSNI Your responsibilities include Provide expert support on defined FSNI applications combining knowledge of FSNI that the application supports along with a detailed understanding of how the application is configured and implemented Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and vendors Define and implement the appropriate configuration of defined applications to meet business needs and agreed service level agreements Work with the Strategy and Architecture and Operations divisions to ensure applications adhere to approved FSNI standards and provide clear roadmaps Application life cycle from birth of service continuous improvements for business benefits while reducing costs to the decommissioning of a service Provide third level support to the IT team and through analysis diagnosis and ultimately resolution of incidents and issues Adhere to the systems development lifecycle and IT service management processes including release and change management About you You ll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills the ability to multitask and work through issues in a fast paced complex operational environment To be successful in this role it would be helpful to have some of the following Experience in working in and supporting enterprise scale Agile environments Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures of Cloud Technology Have a strong track record supporting complex cloud and data centre based solutions including systems as Point of Sale Loyalty Management Systems Mobile Shopping Interscales electronic shelf labels Eftpos and Back office store systems SAP Foodies is a team of 22 000 New Zealanders In a growing network of 350 stores Serving over 1 3 million customers every week In the most awesome little country in the world Get in touch with us Need more information about the role before you apply Please feel free to contact Nik Arkharov a recruiter at Foodstuffs at nik arkharov foodstuffs co nz
