Dispute Resolution: Civil Litigation Solicitor 2-4 years PQE If you are a qualified litigator, ideally with 2-4 years PQE, and are looking for a fresh challenge, then
our nationally renowned Dispute Resolution Team is looking for you.
The role will include all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. We have a large insurance
practice as well as a broad civil, employment, commercial and personal litigation practice.
We offer high quality, diverse and challenging work. You will enjoy the independence of running files
by yourself with the support of senior team members. As a firm, we are big on collaboration and
collegiality, and we are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with the team. An important part of
this role will be taking responsibility for files, delegating to and supervising junior lawyers and meeting
with clients.
While this role would suit a full-time lawyer, we will consider applications from those seeking more
flexible working arrangements and have the technology in place to make this feasible. The role is
based in our Christchurch office, but there will be opportunities to spend time in our Auckland office as
well.
While we would love you to start as soon as possible, we are realistic enough to accept that for the
right person we may need to wait a bit. We offer an attractive salary package commensurate with
your experience.
