Role type:Permanent Location:Auckland Job published on:28 January 2020 Working with an exceptional development team your tasks will include
Providing 1st & 2nd level end-user application support via telephone/email/remotely
Assist client’s in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues, identify sources of the problem and offering solutions.
Evaluate and prioritise client support cases while acting as the liaison between Dev team & clients
Track and manage work records

To qualify for this fantastic opportunity you will have
Computer science qualification essential with 1– 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of relational databases is important with a good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
Some knowledge of SQL scripts/queries preferred
Experience diagnosing problems with software products and web-based applications
Previous Help Desk experience in a software environment
Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, with the ability to perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate issues
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated to learn new skills and technologies
A team player with good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
