The role: We are engaging in a significant technology upgrade and ERP implementation and looking for a developer to understand, manage and improve our systems solutions. We are looking for a self-starter who can wear multiple hats, from architect to coder. You should be someone who is excited to take full ownership of developing enterprise software solutions. You will be supported by a growing team to drive the development and delivery of software that solves real life business and manufacturing problems. We are growing and modernising the IT environment and looking for the next hero of our business software story. What you'll do: Deeply understand our business needs and identify opportunities for software-driven solutions.Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade applications.Own the entire development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.You should be able to get in, understand and support what we have while you proactively suggest and champion a roadmap for our business software, aligning it with strategic goals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. No silos here – get amongst it, spend time on the floor, talk to people.
