This role is an essential part of our multi-disciplinary team and provides expert knowledge, skills and input to the care team. You will work collaboratively with our partners in health, NGO, criminal justice, and corrections services.
Mou ake | About you
The Social Worker role provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and monitoring of individuals with moderate to severe mental illness and associated psychosocial issues.
You'll bring previous experience in a mental health social work position, ideally in a forensic community setting, and have excellent communication and time management skills. You will be a team player and demonstrate commitment and innovation in your work.
To be considered for the role, you should have social work registration with the New Zealand Social Work Registration Board (SWRB), a current clean driver license, and eligibility to live and work in New Zealand.
