Social Media Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to work from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, have strong strategic planning skills, and possess emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company's values and goals- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on performance metrics- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns and promotions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Proven experience in social media management- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence
