Job ResponsibilitiesTo oversee the planning and delivery of all social media activity for Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour.Oversee all social media presence of both SAVH with a focus on targeted Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts.To drive hotel outlets visibility, including F&B outlets, banquets, and any other hotel area or activity, into the public forums to generate local and international interest and revenue.Plan and maintain the social media promotions calendar ensuring it is up to date at all times and strategic postings covering all revenue departments for both hotels are covered.To create and edit social media content including video and photography.Monitor social media channels coverage and performance.Attend and action as necessary all action outcomes as it relates to marketing and communications from hotel internal meetings, including F&B promotional meetings, S&M Meetings, and luxury forums.Assist the Cluster Digital and Content Marketing Manager and DOSM with EOM reporting on highlights of the social media activity for the month.Any other reasonable request within your range of competence as required by your Supervisor or Management.QualificationsExperience in a similar role within a Hotel and collaborating with business stakeholders.Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably including 5-star experience.A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is common among content managers.An understanding of luxury guest expectations and desire to meet these expectations.Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Photoshop applications.Projects a professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.Maintains awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation.Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily.Organizes time and work efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English essential.Hours worked according to the demands of the business and as per employment agreement.Additional InformationLearn your Way - Access to our Docebo so you can Earn while you Learn!Work Your Way - Flexibility to ensure a work-life balance!Benefits Your Way - Incredible Accor Heartist Benefits - discounted Food & Beverage + Accommodation Worldwide.Complimentary Meals on shift.Accor's Parental Leave Scheme - up to 12 weeks for Primary Carer.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.
