We are a dynamic Cosmetic Surgery clinic based in Sydney looking for a social media wizard to drive our digital channels and manage influencer/pr relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Strategic content creation and execution on all digital channels
- Analysis and review of all activities to optimise all campaigns on all channels
- Work closely with Director on creative to align strategies, ideas and execution across paid and organic social activity
- Setup of accounts, programs and platforms to service, analyse, optimise and report on paid social reach
- Creative reins on video production: creative direction, filming & post-production of treatment videos
- Manage the back end of the website (updating content, before and after pictures, creating new banners etc.)
- Stay current with social media trends and tools including attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
- Always look for new business opportunities and challenge/lead where necessary setting up social accounts as required
- Work with Director to activate seeding and influencer relationships
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Snapchat, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
- Experience working in the cosmetic industry highly regarded
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management-
- Experience with image and film creation highly regarded
- You have basic camera knowledge (lighting, angles, ISO, aperture) & intermediate skills with video editing software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible working hours including Saturdays
Salary will be compensable based on experience.
