Snr Project Manager Erp/Cloud

Established in 1996 our client part of a 4 billion Software Solutions Provider with over 70,000 customers globally. The company is enjoying a significant growth phase and is therefore seeking another Senior ERP/Cloud Project Manager in the Christchurch area.
The Senior Project Manager will need to understand customer project objectives and take ownership of contractual requirements defined in the Statement of Work. You will manage resources assigned to fulfill those requirements using implementation methodology, lead implementation planning, control project plan and overall execution, develop positive relationships with all customer project stakeholders creating a high level of customer satisfaction, and help the customer realize expected benefits.
Skills and Attributes :
Proven experience of delivering Enterprise ERP / Cloud software projects
Prior experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g. third parties or clients) on large scale (ideally global) software implementation projects with contract values of at least AUD 4 million
Full Certification as a PMP from PMI and/or equivalent or PRINCE II
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment, working with complex projects and handling demanding customers.
Possess a high degree of project planning, organizational skills, and systems integration expertise
MS Office skills including MS Project
Possess knowledge of the market to which they are assigned, including: industry, trends, the applicability of Infor products within the target market, and key competitors.
Proven ability to effectively work with key client project team members along with setting appropriate project expectations
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Commercial Contract negotiation and management expertise
Supply Chain Execution, Public Sector, commercial sector and or Financial expertise will be highly regarded
Must have relevant Tertiary Qualifications eg. in IT, Finance and/or Commerce
Minimum least 10 years, experience in the field of Project Management
Professional presentation
Proven ability to work with Senior Executives within customer organisations
Builds strong customer and internal relationships
Ability to lead and motivate staff
