Client facing role for Jnr Account Manager | Account Coodinator.

Support Senior Level AM and take ownership of day-to-day client needs.
Hybrid type role ideal for an Industry Sales Support expert ready to move up.

If you are currently working in Print, Packaging, Labels or Signage (or similar manufacturing environment) and have been seeking a role which combines your expert admin / coordination skills with your ability and keenness to sell and liaise directly face to face with key clients - this is it!
The Role
Working with your identified clients (existing) manage each job, and together with your team provide optimum solutions and exceed your clients service expectations.
Liaising with the clients directly by phone, email and via on-site visits, ensuring each job is accurate and signed off to the client specifications and highest standards.
Formulating quotes from scratch (from landing cost) using your knowledge of the manufacturing process and costing analysis skills.
Processing orders within tight deadlines.
Managing, coordinating and responding to customer enquiries within your account portfolio.
Providing administration support to your Sales Manager and ensuring you work with your team to achieve customer goals.
Hours for the role 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with flexibility during busy periods.

About You
It is essential you come from a manufacturing environment (print, packaging, labels or signage) and you are an expert in managing client expectations (not necessarily on-the-road yet - but ready for this step).
You have a high level of initiative and are self-managing.
Your administration and organisational skills are excellent.
Your communication style, both written and verbal is very confident, professional, polished, clear and engaging. You enjoy building relationships with both clients and your internal team.
Your computer skills are advanced, including the use of CRM systems and Excel.
Your sense of urgency and ability to multi-task are key to your success.
You have excellent time management skills and are able to work calmly under pressure and prioritise accordingly.
You present yourself professionally (corporate) and are confident in front of senior level decision makers.
A Tertiary Qualification is desirable but not essential if you have the experience above.
