What's the role?
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), to join a broad product team with roles ranging from UX, visual design, learning design, customer experience and software developers.
What you'll need:
Extensive experience as a Full stack developer
Experience in production monitoring and service improvement
Experience in developing and delivering automation systems
Extensive programming experience in web application development technologies including Angular, Node JS, Javascript, CSS, HTML(5)
Experience with database application design and development in NoSQL and document data stores
Experience working within a team in applications development
Experience with effective use of development platforms and tools
Good experience with cloud platforms
Experience with lean, agile and XP development practices
We are looking for someone who:
Is right at home troubleshooting and diagnosing potential issues. Diving into the technical detail is your thing
Has experience working with software platforms and tools to make people's lives easier
Has well-developed problem solving skills - you'll need these every day
Is able to think proactively, anticipate problems and work with team members to implement innovative solutions
Has interest in cloud infrastructure, Azure, PAS, Serverless
Has plenty of opinions about how to make things better
Is a results-orientated approach to initiative
Has great relationship building skills
Loves working with users to analyse, define and document requirements and specifications
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills that you'll demonstrate by writing an outstanding cover letter showing us why you're the person we're looking for. Wow us with your style.
