Site Manager Tier 1 Construction

We're recruiting for an industry leading main contractor. Continually winning large scale, interesting projects in Central Auckland and as a result they are growing the team and looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager. There's potential here to either work on very large scale projects as part of a big team, or run smaller (up to $20M) projects in a more autonomous Site Management role.
Site Manager
This role will see you taking responsibility for major sites and have a future of interesting projects in. You will manage and lead the site, work closely with the PM to develop and deliver programmes, risk management, support financial outcomes and value engineering as well as problem solving and managing clients' expectations. 
Experience Required Experienced Commercial Construction Site Manager Commercial construction experience is essential Excellent technical and planning skills Ability to learn new construction management programs The ability to drive and achieve deadlines? Approximate salary: $120K to $150K+ benefits depending on experience levels.
