Site Manager

New apartment project is starting near Frankton, Queenstown.
Secure your future with this successful developer builder who has long term plans for the Queenstown region.Reporting to the Queenstown based Senior PM, you will have a Junior Site Manager to work with you.
You will take on all short term planning and management of the site which includes an underground concrete structure for car parking, multi-storey prefabricated timber structure and high end finishes.You will lead construction work to achieve the program through building a motivated team and proactively problem solving issues whilst maintaining a safety first culture.Working closely with the QS and PM, you will work on areas to save costs and provide detailed site reports.To be considered we are seeking:Site Management experience on large construction sites in New ZealandGood knowledge of New Zealand build codes and construction methodsExcellent communicator with a team focused approachCompetent with using project management & reporting systemsGood knowledge and commitment to site Health & SafetyIdeally, your experience will be gained from a similar apartment project or large commercial builds; however, experience on high density housing will be considered.This role is based in the Queenstown region, and we are looking for someone to live and work locally.Apply online or contact:Simon FieldSenior ****** 281 5593
