Site Manager

This mid-size main contractor has experienced good growth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clients offering repeat work.
They are now looking to take on a Site Manager who will be working on one of their latest commercial build projects.
Typically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.
You will have a carpentry trade qualification and at least 5 - 7 years site experience across commercial projects.
You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the team.
You should be a person who can demonstrate commitment in previous roles and be confident in your performance.
This role would suit a site manager with leadership skills looking to get in with a contractor offering more structure, a career path, and the opportunity to exercise your management skills.
