Details of the offer

Permanent site manager's position available in an established top end residential construction company. Successful applicant must be an experienced trade qualified carpenter and have experience in running sites. Must have knowledge of NZ building codes, have excellent communication skills, have sub contractor management experience, be able to drive site performance, be able to order materials, carry out site safety meetings, be able to work with systems and problem solve.
Pay rates, company vehicle and technology package negotiable on application and based on experience and ability.
