We are now looking for a Site Manager with proven ability in residential new build, in this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential builds at a single site. If your looking for a challenging but rewarding role with involvement at pre-construction and construction phases pick up the phone and call me!
Background required:
Whilst a residential, we are talking about a commercial scale construction project, suitable candidates are likely to come from a commercial main contractor having site management projects valued in excess of $20m.
Relevant construction trade or tertiary level qualification
Computer literate in Last Planner, Aconex or a similar programme
Working understanding of the NZ Building code
Proven ability in managing commercial construction sites
Able to lead large teams, co-ordinating and managing subcontractors on a large scale project
Issue clear and concise instructions
Constant focus on health and safety
Ability to programme your own project using MS Project or similar
Manage a QA programme
Proven ability in running sites from civil stage through to completion
Hunger to deliver a zero defect project to the Client
In addition to the above skills and expertise we are looking for a Site Manager who has a natural ability to interact with colleagues and subcontractors, ensuring that all partners in the project maintain a focus of delivery high quality work and operating in a collaborative manner for the benefit of the project.
