Site Manager Grada Recruitment have the opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an industry renowned Commercial Contractor with a massive pipeline of projects in the greater Auckland region fast approaching This is an opportunity to join a stable Contractor that are big enough to complete some of the most impressive projects happening in Auckland to date but have still managed to keep their flexibility allowing them to focus on creating a healthy and inclusive team culture with the ability to retain and promote staff through the ranks The ideal candidate will be relationship focused have a real proactive can do attitude and would have no less than 8 years industry experience working on either fitout or build projects General duties Managing and allocating work packages to site staff Liaising and building strong relationships with subcontractors Ensuring site complies with HSE legislation Giving progress reports to senior management Managing project timelines budget and specification etc To be considered for the role candidates should be trade qualified or have a relevant tertiary qualification and have experience working on similar projects valued between 1040 million in New Zealand If you are interested in hearing more about this role or if you want to discuss other job opportunities feel free to apply Johnny ORourke0212081178
