About the role:
Ensure clear and concise communication is maintained between key stakeholders
Support Project Manager with programming and scheduling
Oversee the management of sub-contractors on site and ensure Health and Safety standards are being met at all times by all personnel on site, including accuracy in H&S administration
Participate in project meetings with the ability to produce forecasts and financial reports relating to cost management
Successful candidates will have:
Experience in a similar role with sufficient industry experience either from working your way up from the tools or a Construction Management tertiary qualification
Strong leadership skills with ability promote a high performance working environment
High organisation, time management skills and computer literate
A minimum of 2 work related references
Ability to travel as and when needed
