Site Manager - $40M Docklands Project

ACRWORLD are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a well renowned main contractor operating in Melbourne. The business has an exceptional leadership team that have already secured an interesting portfolio of work through 2018 and into 2019. As the Site Manager you will be a key member of their delivery team with exceptional opportunities to progress your career in one of the nation's leading contractors.

You will need to be an extremely confident and experienced individual that is able to effectively manage the operational and commercial teams to deliver projects under tight programmes. The business primarily operates in the commercial, high rise resi, retail, and healthcare sectors.

The candidate
Proven track record with tier 1/2 contractors
Solid tenure with previous employers & client references
Local sub-contractor relationships and understanding of supply chain
Previous delivery of $20m - $60m projects
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to interface with client effectively
Able to work Saturdays and out of hours if necessary on certain projects
