Site Coordinator

We are seeking someone who is capable in demonstrating Coordinate implement and oversee all project plans in their entirety and monitor project status and modify when needed to ensure timeliness and quality of projects Read construction plans and specifications and direct and monitor workers and subcontractors work to be carried out according to plans and specification Ensure all workers and subcontractors compliance with Health and Safety at all time at any site Coordinate the supply chain management of the material to ensure delivering on the right time right place and in right quantity Liaise with council inspection and engineering inspection Fill up project paperwork where it is required for example Health and safety paperwork Site hazard notice board any relative project paperwork etc New Zealand full driving license New Zealand resident or working visa
