We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our fun and supportive Palmerston North team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and enjoy developing customer relationships as well as liaising with other sales team members on new leads. The days of work are Monday to Friday, gaining the best of the weekday sales.
You will consult with your customers on the latest trends and quality designs to suit them and their home, no two days are the same as you work with customers with varying budgets, requirements and styles. From hard-flooring to carpet, we offer a full range of flooring solutions to suit any need – you will be provided will full training to get you up to speed and ready to sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and consulting with customers
Following up on customer leads (phone, email, website or walk-ins)
Maintain POS and inventory databases
Encouraging excellence in staff relations between flooring installers, office and shop staff
Post installation follow-up and customer care
Meeting and exceeding performance store targets
Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge
