Job Description

Shopper Marketing
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and category teams to identify, build and implement shopper growth solutions across our key accounts
Alongside the Shopper Activation Manager, project manage all in-store marketing plans for all category/brand activations and innovations, managing and aligning internal stakeholders along the way
Work with our suppliers and shopper agencies to develop and implement ideas to support shopper, category and marketing initiatives with our customers (e.g mailers, displays, POS), ensuring the cost is within budget
Be responsible for the correct artwork as per the marketing brief
Support the Marketing and Category team with communication in retail magazines

Shelf Management
Lead our shelf management process at store and with our key customers, developing insights led planograms that mutually benefit JDE and the customer. This service will also be supported by our Category Specialist where required.
Build relationships with the retailer space management teams and support them with a shelf management service
Deliver best in class sell in presentations, presenting strong rationale & opportunity for change
Complete the cycle by analyzing and reporting on results, providing rationale for change
Using space planning software, prepare layout proposals at store level utilizing insights to drive category and brand growth
Develop knowledge and skillset of field sales team on space management principles & strategy
Management of our image databases

OPEX (Operational Excellence)
Support the in-store workstream, defining and monitoring key OPEX KPI’s per customer. Including shelf layout/JDE position & share of shelf, OOS’s & display guidelines
Assist with the development of E-OPEX (E-commerce) workstream to deliver on CASA principles and lead online growth with our customers
Develop tools and reporting mechanisms to successfully deploy and embed OPEX initiatives
Report measurement of KPI’s to key stakeholders quarterly
Development of schematics across various banners/store sizes to be used by the field sales team
Report key achievements/challenges through the IBP meeting cycles
Assist in training of the category specialist, to ensure alignment of outputs
