Hellers - New Zealand's leading manufacturer of bacon, ham, and smallgoods - is on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Shop Assistant to join our Kaiapoi team!
As a Shop Assistant, you'll be the face of our Kaiapoi factory shop - helping customers with a smile while ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors - friendly, helpful, and always professional.Rotating inventory, and replenishing shelves.Operate Eftpos/till systems accurately and efficiently.Keep the shop clean, tidy, and safe - maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.Promote Hellers' values and culture in all interactions.What You'll Bring: Great communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Eftpos/till systems is a plus.Strong physical ability for lifting and restocking.A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.Sound like you?
