We are seeking an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our Parking Enforcement Services team in Wellington.
This entry-level leadership role is ideal for someone ready to step up into a hands-on, field-based position.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing parking enforcement operations, ensuring compliance with parking regulations, and supporting our team.
You will help manage site coverage, supervise staff, and maintain operational standards across our car parks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and direct on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, the company's Code of Conduct, and a professional appearance.Support the Operations Team Leader with rostering, officer training, and overseeing day-to-day performance.
You'll play a key role in helping new Parking Enforcement Services (PES) officers develop their skills.Assist with staff performance reviews, training programs, and provide ongoing support and feedback to team members.Oversee patrol coverage, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.Issue breach notices for vehicles in violation of parking terms and conditions and provide a visible security presence.Manage customer service inquiries from clients, landlords, property managers, and the public, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Complete reporting, document key tasks, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.What We're Looking For:Someone who is ready to step up and take on a leadership role.
