Shift Manager

We’re not going to lie, its hard work! Our Burgerfuel Shift Managers are key to our stores success and need to display:
•Run successful shifts, ensure all staff are motivated on shift. Keeping the energy levels high and customer service focus even higher.
•Assist the store manager in management tasks and all areas of keep our store up to scratch and in prime condition for our customers.
•Have boundless energy, the ability to multitask and maintain a cool, calm façade while under pressure – busy shifts can get crazy!
We want our customers to get the best quality service as well as the best quality food they've come to expect from BurgerFuel.
Unbridled passion and enthusiasm are just as important to us as experience, and a love of gourmet burgers is non-negotiable. We’re not fussed what industry you come from either, it’s where we’re going to go together that matters the most. We’ll school you up on the rest the BurgerFuel way – our training systems are world class.
Our roles are based on 7 days a week and will be a variety of open and close shifts.
