Shift Electricians

Weare seeking self-motivated, quality focused individuals who are qualified electricians and may either have control systems or heavy industrialmanufacturing experience. The roles available would ideally suit those who haveworked in a similar, fast paced production environment, and can work flexiblehours including shift work when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fault finding, problem solving andrepair equipment for the Kawerau site. Complete work to a high standardpreventing rework and improving equipment reliability.
Lead maintenanceprocesses that reduce equipment operating costs and down time
Provide ongoing support to maintenanceteams including apprentices.
Lead and provide technical expertisefor continuous improvement processes.
Provide a feedback loop to Shift,Operations and Maintenance team members when issues are identified or resolved.
Improve systems and standards acrossthe site. This will include bills of materials, PM’s, manuals/drawings SOPs.
Participate in a 4 on 4 off shiftroster working 12 hour shifts when required
Ensure quality assurance of externalvendors
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:
Be Registered Electricians
Preferably have control systemsexperience with control logics PLCs and fault finding on Manufacturing plants,automated safety systems.
Have the ability to deliver results ontime to meet customer expectations
A Health & Safety, Environmentaland Quality focus
Ability with reading and interpretdrawings, and expert level of equipment problem solving skills
Analytical trouble shooting ability
The ability to work within timerestraints
