SharePoint & PowerApps Developer — Contract or Full-Time — 100% Remote / Hamilton — ASAP Start
About the Role:
You will collaborate with end users to accurately gather requirements, create wireframes, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders is crucial from planning through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with end users to gather detailed requirements
Develop wireframes and prototypes for approval before going into production
Build and customize SharePoint solutions and PowerApps
Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Deliver solutions on time and to a high standard

Key Requirements:

Proven experience developing with SharePoint (Online and/or on-premises)
Strong PowerApps skills and familiarity with Power Automate
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to end users
Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes prior to implementation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools
Background in UX/UI design or wireframing tools
Previous contract or freelance experience
