About the role:
Join our busy Otago 'Customer For Life' team as a Filter Technician. If you have a passion for customer service while working in an interesting and fast-paced industry, we would like to speak to you.
You will be working closely with the wider team on appointments, upgrades and delivering the highest standards for our customers across the Otago region.
No two days are alike, so flexibility and a great attitude are essential!
Key responsibilities:
Efficient installation and servicing of HRV products
Strong customer service focus
Consult with homeowners
Upgrade customers into healthier home solutions
Who we are looking for:
Physically fit and well presented
Sound working knowledge of installation practices is required
Well organised and a self-starter
Excellent communication skills
Have a current and clean driver's licence
You'll enjoy meeting people from all walks of like and have an approach of 'right first time, every time'.
No experience is necessary as training will be provided. Attitude is key, along with a consistent, practical and successful track record.
