What you will do This is a fixed term position for 12-18 months supporting the establishment of the Service Reporting capability within our Service Integrator function. In this role, you will analyse and report on the impact of planned and unplanned changes to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and any Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), working within the appropriate toolsets and with relevant stakeholders to draw insights into the reasons and impacts of service performance. As Service Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with and support other parts of CIS Branch to ensure projects and activities do not adversely impact the performance of CIS Branch services. This means you will:
Establish and undertake the tracking, collation, analysis and reporting of CIS Branch service performance against targets;
Support governance and stakeholder group decision making;
Analyse service information and data for trends, changes and anomalies to provide insights and foresight for other parts of CIS Branch;
Report on CIS Branch performance against all agreed goals, key performance indicators, and critical success factors at an appropriate level of detail for customers, stakeholders and internal and external service providers;
Perform detailed service performance analysis in support of Problem Management, Incident Management and other necessary activities to support root cause analysis and other activities;
Ensure fit-for-purpose tools, data architecture and patterns.

So that the branch can meet its end-to-end service obligations and performance targets. What we need We are keen to hear from you if you are an experienced service reporting analyst with exposure to ICT projects and an understanding of ITIL best practice and service management processes. You will need to be an agile learner with strong relationship management skills, able to influence and provide good advice so that you can become a trusted partner.
Deep understanding of end-to-end service delivery and service alignment to support service reporting activities;
Ability to think critically to develop meaningful service performance reports and insights to allow informed decision making;
Capable and competent in a wide variety of reporting tools;
Previous reporting experience to support governance and stakeholder decision making;
Experience in implementing and embedding best practice reporting systems and processes in a number of tool sets;
ITIL Foundations certification or higher;
Experience working in an Agile / DevOps environment.
