As a Service Manager - Workforce, you will be responsible for providing appropriate day to day scheduling / rostering of staff, including planned and unplanned leave coverage within your area ensuring the delivery of service excellence.

About the role
Leadership and coaching; Monitoring and performance management; Recruitment; Training; Scheduling and Leave management; Relationship management; Quality Assurance; Taking a leadership role in implementing technology solutions within the services; Financial management; Health & Safety
Staff management of direct reports providing on-call, scheduling / rostering, workforce planning, leave management and administration services. This role does not have direct accountability for services.
Hours will be based on the area coverage, and include 5 days across a 7 day week, On-call coverage will be required
