We are on the lookout for an experienced leader in healthcare sector with nursing background.
Within this role, you will:
Provide ongoing planning, development and implementation of service's goals and objectives within budgetary constraints
Provide guidance and support to other Service Managers within own area of expertise
Oversee the day-to-day management of the service (Residential, Vocational or Supported Living) and provides professional leadership to staff
Ensure the provision and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment
Effectively manage communication internally and externally
Be flexible and available to work 5 days across a 7-day Mon- Sun period. Some on-call work will also be required.

About you:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Registration with Professional body, where required, e.g. NZ Psychological Society or Nursing Council of NZ
Annual Practising certificate, where required
A minimum Level 6 (or equivalent) leadership qualification or willingness to work towards
A registered health professional with experience in the health and disability sector and managing teams (preferred) or,
A candidate with an interest in the disability sector, transferable skills and an evidenced motivation to learn
A candidate with an understanding of person-centred holistic approach to service support
