Service Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage the day-to-day running of allocated services (residential, vocational, or Supported Living), provide guidance and support to staff, as well as positively and proactively participate in communities of practice within the Nelson area.

Experience working positively with people who have an intellectual disability, and achieving defined outcomes.
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum Level 5 leadership qualification, or a willingness to work towards.
The ability to develop comprehensive support and teaching plans.
Ability to build and manage a successful team.
Previous experience and competence in managing budgets.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work within a changing environment, and able to present new ways of working (best practice).
Full Drivers Licence.
