About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turangaWe are in growth mode and have several brand new full-time, permanent Service Facilitator positions available in our Albany team. As a Service Facilitator, you will be providing phone-based coordination services and customer service support to both our clients and our support workers in the field. You will be an important part of the Service Centre team, ultimately responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations of our services. This is a full time permanent role - Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm based in our modern, Albany office Responsibilities include: Managing phone-based and email enquiries that come through from external stakeholders (our clients, their whanau, our funders) and internal stakeholders (our support workers and service delivery teams) Coordination of services between support workers and clients Rostering cover to ensure our clients receive the support they need in the event of a support worker being unavailable to work Ensuring our customers are placed at the heart of everything you do, striving to deliver the best possible outcomes What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turangaEmpathy and a genuine interest in helping others Passion about the Healthcare sector Proven experience delivering customer service excellenceConfidence in using technology/computer literacy Exceptional communication and rapport building skills over the phone A positive, adaptable, and resilient attitude - must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment HealthCare NZ is part of the New Zealand Health Group.
