- Work across a combination of Level 1 and 2 support queries
- Secondment cover
- 3-4 Month Contract (Hourly rate)

Come in and support this well loved organisation manage their general IT support during a critical time of year!

This well loved organisation who are highly regarded for the support they provide to their industry has an urgent requirement to support their users of IT services. Highly focused on being approachable and customer centric, this team is the face to IT within this close-knit organisation.

Your customers work up and down the country, also overseas. With a large number being based in their Wellington and Auckland offices. This IT support team work together to ensure that all hardware, infrastructure and systems are working well.

You will take on a range of Level 1 and 2 queries across this space. With the ability to diagnosis issues and provide solutions being critical. In order to considered for this, you will need to have a can do attitude and have strong communications skills. From a technical perspective, you will be familiar with the Wintel environment and be comfortable with configuration of commonly used hardware / devices and software applications.
