The Service Desk Coordinator is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests. It's like you're our very own Air Traffic Controller, coordinating a team of IT professionals help our clients get their issues resolved effectively and efficiently.
While this role is within our IT Service Desk team, you don't need to be an IT Expert and training will be given.
