In this role no two days are the same and you will be responsible for being the first contact by providing technical support, taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution, and going above and beyond to provide great customer service to our staff. You will work a rostered shift to provide 7-day-a-week Service Desk operation, between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm, including out-of-hours support for critical incident escalation.
