Within Central Government Ministry.
$40 - 50,000 per annum (pro rata)

About The Roles
Fundamentally these roles will involve;

Customer service and technical support over phone, email and ticketing systems
Incident and request reporting and resolution
Face-to-face customer care
Hardware support

About You

We are looking forService Desk / Help Desk Analystswith fantastic customer service skills and the following;

Strong customer service or service desk experience
Good interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with;
Office 365
Active Directory
Windows operating systems

ITIL knowledge and understanding

NZ Residency or Citizenship
Relevant qualifications below or equivalent experience
Business Computing
Diploma in Information and Communications Technology
National Diploma in Computing Support
