As ournew full-time Enterprise Service Desk Analyst based in Wellington,you will be responsible for gathering the correct information, troubleshooting and either resolving at first contact or assigning calls onto other teams. This will include event management, jeopardy management, incident management and third party management within ITIL principles.
You will be a customer service superstar with the customer experience being one of our main end goals. We are looking for someone who is a confident and courteous communicator, entirely at home in a dynamic Information Technology focused environment. Your great attitude and proactive ability will be key to success. Your passion to drive customer satisfaction will see you exceeding targets and expectations.
What will I be doing?
Call Logging, data gathering, troubleshooting and incident resolution or assignment to other teams
Proactive event monitoring, incident and jeopardy management and action initiation
Major incident identification and trigger
Network operations interaction
Third party management within ITIL principles
What will I bring?
Strong customer service skills
Confident phone manner
An understanding of network services, IP Telephony systems and Mobile solutions, Desktop and Applications
Good knowledge of MS Office
Dedicated and willing to focus and commit
Ability to understand a wide variety of documentation/processes
Good organisational and time management skills
An exposure to IP phone systems support is beneficial
A CISCO certification would be an advantage
The hours in this role are Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
