As a manager in this organisation, you will be responsible for a team of industry specialists who work closely with every day New Zealanders to provide key services. You will lead and manage your team to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet performance objectives. This is a role where each day you will make a real difference.
In this role you will:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Actively manage the development and growth of services
Build and maintain an engaged and high performing team across the services
Place the customer at the centre of everything we do, being mindful of the changing support that our customers need
To be successful in this role you will:
Be experienced in a service delivery or operations role
Have financial and budget management experience along with planning and organisational skills
Be passionate about working collaboratively and developing skills in others
Have an understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how these can be applied
