Service Centre Manager

We’re currently looking for a Fertiliser Service Centre Manager to join our team.
Our Service Centres are a hive of activity, particularly over spring and autumn. As a Service Centre Manager, you’re a ‘jack of all trades’ who can easily and quickly turn your hand to the varied daily tasks. With a strength in leading people and a practical mindset, you’re adaptable. You can roll up your sleeves to identify or fix plant issues, while connecting with and coaching the team. You always keep a handle on what’s happening in the wider Ballance business. You’ll embrace change and make informed decisions so that you deliver results to customers, your team and the wider organisation.
You’ll be most suited to the role if you are a self-starter with management experience in the distribution, transport and/or agricultural environments. You will have sound computer operating skills, basic mechanical aptitude, a pro-active mind set to environment, health and safety management and most importantly, a positive “can-do attitude”. Current forklift and loader licenses are preferable, however assistance toward these licenses may be provided for the right candidate.
