Northland Toyota is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is driven by results.The Service Advisor is responsible for leading the customer service experience at within our service department. This role involves providing advice and recommendations to our customers about the service and repair of their vehicles, always ensuring that the customer's experience is of the highest standard. The Service Advisor will need to be able to confidently handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.The key responsibilities of the Service Advisor.Answering customer inquiries and providing advice and recommendations relating to the service and repair of their vehiclesMaking bookings for service and repairsEnsuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer serviceMaintaining an accurate record of customer interactionsIdentifying and addressing customer concerns.Always maintain a professional and friendly manner with customersUpdating customer records and managing customer accountsLiaising with workshop staff to ensure customer requirements are met.Creating and maintaining relationships with our clientsAbout YouPrevious experience within the automotive industry is an advantage.Able to work to a high standard in a busy and high-pressure environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracyFull New Zealand Driver's licenseAbility to work Saturdays as per roster.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
