Let’s shape the future of commerce together.Job Title: Inward Goods Service AdministratorEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomerDeliver internal & external customer satisfaction by achieving or exceeding business SLA targets for productivity, accuracy & timely deliveryOperationalReceipt of all incoming goods for the Service TeamAccurately investigate incoming products and check reasons for return, and ensure kits are process in accordance to the repair processManage the system-based transportation of all products through the Service Department Storage Locations.Assist in identification, analysis and diagnosis of faulting product in conjunction with the repair and Test & Clean teamsEnsure all products are accurately located within the correct IT System in the required time lines.Assist with the software and key loading activitiesAssist the Service Department Team in ensuring timely dispatch of all outgoing product within specified agreed SLA targetsFinancialConduct all duties and processes to ensure financial risk and/or losses are minimalAssess terminal damage and merchant invoicing aligned to business policy and guidelinesIdentify process improvement opportunitiesPeopleBuild and maintain positive collaborative relationships with all business stakeholdersQualifications:A solid administrative role experience, preferably in a warehouse/logistics environmentActive interest in technologyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsIntermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook and MS ExcelTeam player with a strong sense of integrityVerifone is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.To apply, please visit: http://global.verifone.com/company/careers/
