Service Administrator

The Nelson branch of Drummond & Etheridge have a vacancy for a Service Administrator to join their team.
To be successful in the role, you must be/have:
• Excellent organisational skills
• A confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
• Good computer skills
• Proactive; you will always be one step ahead and always on task
• Adaptable and flexible in your approach to whatever the day throws at you
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
• Provide administrative support to the service team
• Arrange daily pick up and deliveries with team members
• Communication with customers regarding technician visits
• Liaise daily with the parts team to arrange general servicing parts for technicians
• Assist in the management of fleet maintenance
• Assist with the assignment of jobs and work areas to Service Department employees
