Join the dynamic Wintec Venues team, where we manage four state-of-the-art event spaces and host a variety of events daily, from meetings and conferences to glamorous gala dinners.We are seeking versatile, customer-focused individuals to join our small but mighty team as a Senior Venue Attendant.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our client's special events run smoothly, assisting with setting up events according to detailed briefs, and ensuring the venues look spic and span at all times.The appointing hourly rate for this role will be $27.80.Key Responsibilities:Act as a welcoming host, ensuring guests have a positive experience.Sole charge of running and delivering large scale events.Set up and prepare event spaces to client specifications.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of venues.Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless event execution.Flexibility to start early for breakfast events and pack down at various times throughout the day and evening.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail.Physical ability to perform venue setup and breakdown.Experience in coordinating staff is a plus.Clear communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.Working at Wintec: Wintec is a leading tertiary provider offering a vibrant work environment with opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
