Heres where you come in
The Senior UX Designer is responsible for designing customer-focused experiences across AustralianSupers customer platforms, measuring the usability of those experiences through customer research, and providing evidence based insights to inform the design of new or improved products, services and features. The objective of the role is to deliver a consistent and high quality experience to AustralianSupers members across our digital channels.
Youll need
Agile and open minded in thinking, you have strong working knowledge and experience in UX and service designing, interactive design, wireframing, prototyping, and facilitating design workshops. You have demonstrable experience in leading design best practice in previous role(s), and have a strong portfolio of work or links to live projects as a testament of your experience. Experience facilitating customer research would also be ideal. To succeed in this role, you will need the ability to easily engage with and gain trust from your stakeholders.
